CIBC wanted their Aventura card holders to use their points instead of hanging onto them for a special occasion. As a result, we created the “drop everything and fly” campaign that urged card holders to use their points for spontaneous short haul flights.
To bring this idea to life in social, we surprised card holders with a free trip to New York. The kicker? They had to drop everything and fly in 10 minutes. But to give all Aventura card holders the same rush of adrenaline, we used Snapchat Spectacles to capture a lot of the action. Videos were shared on Facebook, YouTube Pre-Roll, and of course, CIBC’s Snapchat account.
